Hi! My name is Elizabeth LaPrade, I am a counsellor at Innerlogue Therapy & Psychology, I work with individuals who are navigating the complexities of life. Anywhere from identity shifts to anxiety, self-doubt, and major life changes. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just unsure of your next steps, therapy can be a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.
I bring a calm, down-to-earth presence to our work together, grounded in empathy, collaboration, and curiosity. My approach is flexible and responsive, drawing on person-
centred values and evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)and Schema Focused Therapy. Together, we’ll explore what’s showing up in your life, unpack the meaning behind it, and find ways to move forward that feel aligned with who you are.
I’m especially passionate about supporting young adults through a time of both possibility and uncertainty. I welcome you as you are, and I’m committed to building a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported in the ways that matter most to you.
If you’re thinking about starting therapy, I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation so we can get to know each other and see if it feels like a good fit.
